ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING AGENDA

·Call to Order

 

The application to act on an application filed by Michael and Lori Powers, located at 59 Henry Drive, Hinsdale, MA 01235 (Map 112, Lot 28).  The application is to request for a special permit under Section 6-General Regulations 6-a “non-conforming structures, uses & lots.”  Applicant proposes to build a new garage.

 

The Chairman will ask the ZBA clerk if any emails, phone calls or letters have been received regarding the application.

 

The Chairman will ask the applicant to read and go over the plot plans and application for building a new garage.

 

    The Chairman will ask if there are any comments/ questions from the abutters.

 

    The Chairman will ask if the board has any questions.

 

The board will then vote.
