Business Meeting Minutes
Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at 9:00 am
Community Room, Downstairs, Hinsdale Town Hall

Present: Earl Peck, Bart Collins, Robert Graves; Clarissa Mitchell
At 9:00 am, Chairman Earl Peck opened the meeting.
The Select Board had to review and act on the following transfers between departmental appropriations in accordance with M.G.L. Ch. 44, Section 33b:
- Earl Peck made a motion to transfer $10 for Sports & Rec, Collins seconded it.
- Peck made a motion to transfer $4000 for legal fees, Bart seconded it.
- Chairman Peck motioned to transfer $915 for Tree Warden, Bart seconded it.
- Earl Peck motioned to transfer $1800 for Streetlights, Collins seconded it.
Collins motioned to adjourn the meeting a 9:07 am, Peck seconded it, and all said, Aye.
