ABCC State License Renewal Requirements

General renewal instructions for all state licensees:

1.  To start your renewal, log into your ePLACE account by going to https://elicensing.mass.gov/CitizenAccess/, using your previously acquired user name and password.  If you have forgotten your password, please refer to this document for instructions on how to retrieve a new one: http://www.mass.gov/abcc/pdf/userguides/forgotpassword.pdf

2.  Once you are in your account, click on “Manage My Licenses and Permits” tab towards the top of the page. There, you will see a list of the licenses and permits that are associated with your account. Click on the renewal link to the right of your license.

3.  You will be given the option to renew with or without changes. If you renew with changes, you will have the option to update your phone, email, and mailing addresses, delete vehicles from your transportation table, delete or modify shipping addresses (CoC), and/or update your license capacity, if applicable. If you do not need to make changes to any of these areas, you can renew without changes. Reminder: if you are updating your email or contact information, you should do so in the Business Contact by clicking “Yes” to changes and “Edit” under the business name.

4.  Similar to last year, if you have transportation permits, you should renew them through your parent license. Please do not renew your transportation permits individually. If you renew in both places (through your parent license and individually), you will be charged twice. You will have the option to delete vehicles within your parent license renewal application that you do not wish to renew for next year.
