Hinsdale Select Board Special Meeting Minutes

Tuesday, August 30, 2022, 12:00 pm

Community Room, Downstairs, Town Hall 39 South Street, Hinsdale MA

Present:

Earl Peck, Chairman Bart Collin, Selectman

Robert Graves, Town Administrator

Absent:

Ray Huntoon, Selectman

Clarissa Mitchell, Administrative Assistant

At 12:00 pm, Chairman Peck called the meeting to order. Earl motioned to approve the August 10, 2022 Select Board meeting minutes; Bart seconded it. All said, Aye. Next item one the agenda was a request for a one-day alcohol license for the Annual Firemen's Picnic. Chairman Peck motioned to approve it and Collins seconded it. All said, Aye. Lastly, TA Graves mentioned roadwork and transfer station capping.

Collins motioned to adjourn the meeting at 12:15 pm, Peck seconded it. All said, Aye.
