Business Meeting Minutes 

Monday, July 18, 2022, at 10:00 am

Community Room, Town Hall

39 South St, Hinsdale MA

Attendees: Bart Collins, Earl Peck, Robert Graves; Clarissa Mitchell

Earl Peck opened the meeting to review the bid(s) for the Transfer Station capping project. Maxymillian was the only company to submit an offer for the project. 

Mike Koulig from DPC Engineering has to call the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to discuss the materials and plasticity that were proposed. The Select Board will discuss the bid and decide at the next Select Board meeting.]

At 10:27 am Bart Collins motioned to adjourn the meeting, and Earl Peck seconded it. All said, Aye.
