Select Board Meeting Minutes

The public could attend meeting in person and by zoom

Attendees: Richard Scialabba (via telephone), Raymond Bolduc, Robert Graves; Clarissa Mitchell

At 7:00 pm, Ray Bolduc called the meeting to order and asked if anyone was recording the session and asked everyone in attendance to silence cell phones. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

A motion was made (Bolduc) and seconded (Scialabba) to accept meeting minutes presented for February 23, 2022, Select Board meeting. All said, Aye.

Communications and Reports from Department Heads, Boards, and Chairs:

• Shaun Galliher, Finance Chair: Shaun mentioned the SB/Finance meeting is this Saturday, March 12th, to go over the budget for FY 23.

• Robert Graves, Town Administrator:

  • Legal expects documentation to be done shortly for Northgate.

  • The town is still waiting to get sample soil quotes regarding the capping of the Transfer Station.

  • Dredging was done last week.

  • Bob is still waiting to get the contract back from the police department.

  • The town sent Eversource our green community’s information from the past two years.

  • The town received bids from Gary Daniel’s Lawn Care and DuFour, Inc.

Next, Bolduc motioned to declare all of the town’s ARPA money ($571,211) as revenue loss; Dick Scialabba seconded it. All said, Aye.

Lastly, Chairman Scialabba made a motion to authorize the snow and ice account to go over the budgeted amount for FY22. Ray Bolduc seconded the motion. All said, Aye.

Meeting Adjournment: Since there was no other business to discuss, Bolduc motioned to adjourn the meeting. The meeting ended at 7:14 pm.
