7. Discuss/Vote to make Select Board meetings in-person only.

10. Next meeting- The next meeting will be held on March 13, 2024, at 6:30 pm, in the Community Room
11. Open Meeting Adjournment to enter Executive Session for Exemption 2 to comply with MGL Ch. 30A § 21, (a) (2). To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel, collective bargaining sessions, or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel. 

Motion: Move into executive session to conduct strategy session in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel and reconvene in open session.

A roll call vote is needed to discuss the Town Administrator’s contract. 

12. Reconvene into an open session to possibly vote/sign the Town Administrator’s contract.
