Board of Health Monthly Meeting Minutes for September 27, 2022

1. Meeting opened at 4:30 PM
2. No minutes were presented or approved.
3. Septic Systems

• 310 Michaels Road: The health agent conducted an as built inspection of the system on 9/20/2022. Now waiting for swing tie sketch, letter and C.O.C. from engineer.

4. Housing:

• 111 Peru Road: The health agent has not yet but will forward a letter to the owners with a list of items found during the inspection.
• 124 Commonwealth Avenue: Inspection was conducted on September 20, 2022 with tenant, landlord and contractor Nate Tatro. This inspection had been scheduled for September 13, 2022 but was re-scheduled due to the health agent having COVID-19. At the completion of the inspection it appeared that the only remaining item to be completed was a single screen which needed to be re-sized. The health agent forwarded a letter to the landlord to this effect on the same day. In the days following the tenant disputed the finding by the contractor that the foundation was sound.

5. COVID-19 update: The health agent reported the number of cases in Hinsdale since the last meeting.
6. The meeting adjourned at 5:10PM.
7. Next meeting has not been scheduled.

The Board of Health Monthly Meeting is typically held on the 4^th Tuesday of every month beginning at 4:30 PM.
