Board of Health Monthly Meeting Minutes for August 30, 2022
- Meeting opened at 4:35 PM
- Reviewed and approved minutes from last meeting.
- Septic Systems
- 310 Michaels Road: The owner has engaged a contractor and hopes to get the work done this year.
- Housing:
- 111 Peru Road: The health agent will forward a letter to the owners with a list of items found during the inspection.
- 124 Commonwealth Avenue: Deborah Arponte attended the meeting. She stated that the screens had been fixed by Berkshire Plate Glass and that they have been delivered to the tenant. She stated that the refrigerator seal had been replaced by Mike’s Maytag. She provided a letter from contractor Nate Tatro stating that the porch structure was in usable safe condition. A follow up inspection will be scheduled for 9/13/2022. Ms. Arponte stated that the tenant has been threatening to her and her daughter.
