School Transportation Contract

The Town of Hinsdale seeks bids for two school transportation routes for the 2022-2023 academic school year. The transportation specifications (per day) are as follows:

Hinsdale to and from Smith Vocational School in Northampton, MA. Bids should specify a daily rate and any additional fees. Bidders must meet all state requirements for transporting school children. Sealed bids marked SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION BID will be accepted in the Select Board’s office until 4:00 pm on Monday, March 7, 2022. Bids will be opened and read at the Select Board’s meeting at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 9, 2021. The Select Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept any bid that would be in the best interest of the Town. The successful bidder will be required to show proof of insurance.

Hinsdale to and from McCann Technical School in North Adams, MA. Bids should specify a daily rate and any additional fees. Bidders must meet all state requirements for transporting school children. Sealed bids marked SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION BID will be accepted in the Select Board’s office until noon on Monday, March 7, 2022. Bids will be opened and read at the Select Board’s meeting at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 9, 2022. The Select Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept any bid that would be in the best interest of the Town. The successful bidder will be required to show proof of insurance.
