The application act on an application filed by Jeff McCorkindale, located at 221 South Shore Road, Hinsdale, MA 01235 (Map 105, Lot 24). The application is to request for a special permit under Section 6-General Regulations 6-a “non-conforming structures, uses & lots.” Applicant proposes to relocate an existing single-family home approximately 20 feet further from Plunkett Reservoir. Existing lot/structure does not meet current Zoning setbacks and neither will the relocated house.
Chairman will ask the applicant to explain in more detail exactly what he would like to build.
Chairman will ask if any comments/ questions from the abutters.
Chairman will ask if the board has any questions.
The board will then vote.
