PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Hinsdale Planning Board will reconvene the suspended February 23, 2023 public hearing under MGL 40A, Section 5, on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at 5:00 pm in the 1st floor Community Room at Town Hall (39 South St). The purpose of the hearing is to continue the discussion of a special permit application from Sunlight Farms, LLC (Joshua Silver, Williamstown, MA) to develop a 6,300-square-foot indoor marijuana cultivation facility at 172 Peru Rd.
