The meeting was opened at 6:30 pm. 
A motion was made and seconded to accept the minutes of the June 2, 2022 meeting as written. The motion passed with one abstaining.  A motion was made and seconded to accept the minutes of the June 30, 2022 meeting as written.  The motion passed unanimously.
Shaun Galliher asked to be appointed to the Committee for the remainder of the year, and would serve until the next election. He had been appointed recently to fill the balance of the fiscal year that ended June 30, 2022. A motion was made and seconded to approve his appointment for the year. The motion passed unanimously. The Select Board will now have to approve and make this appointment.  We still have two (2) other vacancies on this Committee.
The Committee reorganized with a motion made and seconded to nominate Heather Brown as Vice Chairman, the motion passed unanimously.  A motion was made and seconded to nominate Mary Rice as Secretary, the motion passed unanimously.  The Chairman will be nominated at our next regular meeting in August.
The Committee went over the Accountants report.  There is another fuel bill that came in making that account short $30.00. A motion was made and seconded to transfer $30.00 from the Insurance and Bond account, to the fuel account.  The motion passed unanimously.
The Committee went over the rollover accounts as follows;  Infrastructure/Engineering, Hazardous Trees,Treasurer-Tax Title Expense, Tax Title Legal Research, Elections, Board of Registrars, Town Clerk Records, Vital Records Preservation, IT Maint/Hardware, Copier & Doc Mgmt Software, Heating & Cooling System Town Hall, Bridge Training, Engineering Art, Highway Dept-Truck, Landfill Monitoring Wells, Trash Compactor, Maple Street Cemetery – Tree Work, Purchase Plunkett Lake Beach, and Plunkett Beach Survey & Permits.
Bob Graves reported that an invoice was received from Milton Caterpillar for the Grader work for 15K.  He was previously told by John Murray, former Road Superintendent, that there was a credit that would cover this bill.  There was no credit and this bill is due.  Bob said it can be covered by inter-department transfer with no further action from the Committee.
Bob reported that the Bids for the work at the Transfer Station will be opened on Monday by the Select Board. He also reported that the work is being completed on the mausoleum at the Maple Street Cemetery and that is is coming in under budget.  The Water/Sewer bills are being processed by McKenzie Doyle, newly appointed to that Department, and will go out next Friday.
Jim Chivers, School  Building Committee, reported that things are still being finished at the new school. Some of those items are the lights and heating controls, sod for the athletic fields, coding is still to be completed, miscellaneous concrete work, music stands science equipment, Lockers, man lift and stage area curtains.
Bonnie Conner, Seven Town School Advisory Committee, reported limited progress on the Regional Agreement.  The School Committee changed the rules that were outlined in the Seven Town Agreement when this district was formed, allowing a majority rule and not what was agreed to in the original agreement.  Each Town would have an equal vote which did not happen in the vote to build the new Wahconah High.  There is no meeting scheduled for July.
Mary Rice, Water Sewer Committee, reported that she has yet to meet with the new clerk for this department.  The Committee will schedule a meeting in the near future.
A motion was made and seconded to adjourn at 7:18 pm. The motion passed unanimously. The next regular meeting of this Committee is Thursday, August 4, 2022 at 6:30 pm in the downstairs Community room at Town Hall.
