(Meeting 3-14-23 was cancelled due to winter storm and rescheduled for 3-16-23)
Present: Boudreau, Litchfield, Mitchell
- Meeting Called To Order at 6:10PM
- Public Input for items not on the Agenda: None.
- Review of Meeting Minutes 2-14-2023: Boudreau motions to approve, Litchfield seconds, Vote 2-0. Mitchell abstains.
- Report from the Town of Hinsdale Gate House Operator for Plunkett Lake Drawdown: Mr. Jim Fox, Gate House operator to control drawdown & refill of Plunkett Lake is present, and provides copies of the log on the drawdown measurement level and the dates.
- File #181-0287, Notice of Intent for proposed roadway reclamation, paving, drainage improvements and culvert replacement at Old Windsor Road, Frank Schnopp Road, and George Schnopp Road. Applicant is Town of Hinsdale: Discussion of project with representative from Foresight Land Services representing the Town of Hinsdale. Boudreau motions to continue public hearing to April 11, 2023, Litchfield seconds, Vote unanimous.
Old/New Business
- Discussion and Possible vote to require the filing of a Request for Determination of Applicability for the use of aerators or bubblers in the Town of Hinsdale: Mitchell motions to table, Boudreau seconds, Vote unanimous.
- Adjournment: Boudreau motions to adjourn, Litchfield seconds, Vote unanimous.
