Accept/Deny updates Verizon Central Valuation.

There has been an update to the verbiage of the agreement. The department needs a new motion in order to be authorized to sign for the board.

Assessors Update

Calendly Introduction

The department is in the process of getting Calendly, the web-based scheduling app added onto the website page. A guide on how to schedule appointments will also be added to the web page to help those who may be unfamiliar with the process.

Chris will be working all day Thursday, but only available to the public via appointment. This is to ensure that the office stays up-to-date on tasks while also ensuring the best service possible.

Open Forum

As the department gears towards transition, Mason will start initiating the organizing of agendas. She will coordinate the dates of meetings, create a draft agenda, send to assessing department for feedback, and then post the agenda.

Scialabba moves to adjourn the open meeting and move into executive session for matters relative to tax abatements in appeals. Mason Seconds. 2-0-0
