Tuesday, March 21 | 3:00pm

Attendance: Vivian Mason (Chairperson), Laura Galliher (Member), Robert Cimini (Member) and Chris Cozzaglio (Associate Assessor).

Call to Order: 3:05PM

New Business

• Acceptance of minutes from meeting of March 7, 2023
  • Robert Cimini Moves to accept the meeting minutes from March 7, 2023. Laura Galliher Seconds. 3-0-0 Motion Passes.
• Discuss and vote on amended excise abatements
  • The Board and Chris outlined the excise abatement process. Chris will be signing individual abatement packets while the board will send end-of-the-month summary lists.
• Assessor Update
  • Chris is working on getting everything back in ship shape top since Alliey’s departure.
• Discuss Binding of previous years’ commitments
  • Vivian reached out to Kofile, a commitment binding company to start the process of getting quotes to figure out the cost it would be to move from paper to book the records.
  • The last bound commitment book was done in FY2015
  • We need to bind 8 Fiscal Years of Commitments.
• Business not anticipated 48 hours before the meeting
  • Motion: Robert Cimini moves to approve statutory exemptions as presented. Laura Galliher Seconds. 3-0-0 Motion Passes.
