- Minutes from the meeting of February 21, 2023.
- Laura Galliher moves to approve the minutes from February 21, 2023. Robert Cimini Seconds. 3-0-0 Motion Passes.
- Minutes from the meeting of March 1, 2023.

New Business:
- Discuss March 4, 2023 budget meeting with town officials, consider administrative assistant position being a town hire rather than a part of RRG contracted services; thoughts on RRG contract renewal.
- The Board of Assessors originally was going to request the amount of $81,100 for an operating budget next year. However, during the meeting with finance committee on March 4, 2023, the board requested $85,928. This increase is due to
- Binding permanent records
- Updating online houses with new constructs
- Funding an assessors clerk position
- Due to some difficulties, Regional Resource Group cannot offer the same administrative support that they have given in the past. Due to this, the board will look into hiring an Assessors Clerk beginning July of 2023.
- Until an administrator is hired, Chris will be preforming his previous job duties in addition to administrative duties.
- The board wants to emphasis their appreciation of Alliey Pevay’s time and effort while working for the department. They are thankful and wish her good thoughts and well wishes moving forward.

- Motion: Robert Cimini Moves to amend the amount committed in the motion to approve the Revised and Omitted Personal Property Commitment from $2,202.92 to $2,137.28. Vivian Mason Seconds. 3-0-0 Motion Passes.
Assessor Update:
- Chris is currently acclimating to the additional work he is covering.
- Board was wondering what to do if abutters lists or resident queries pull the wrong address.
- Chris recommended to send these issues over to Chris so that they can be resolved.
- Next meeting, Chris will have Statutory Exemptions to review.
