Attendance: Vivian Mason (Chairperson), Laura Galliher (Member), Alliey Pevay (Administrative Assessor), Chris Cozzaglio (Associate Assessor)

New Business
- Acceptance of minutes from December 20
- Tabled until Cimini is present to vote
- Discuss/Approve/Deny Real Estate/Personal Property Abatement as presented
- None to vote on, discussed where outstanding applications stand
- Discuss Chapter applications
- Discussed proposed letter/mailing to property owners; talked about mailings in general;
had a phone conversation with RRG official about the letter wording - Assessor Update
- Continued discussion concerning Vision updates/fixes
- Continued discussion regarding resolution of problems with PILOT and
Personal Property bills - Continued discussion about SoftRight
- Deny codes added for exemption processing, all current IT tickets closed
- Discussed considerations for upcoming budget, including thoughts on RRG contract renewal
will be continued at next meeting. Conversation with Harald needed.
