- Acceptance of minutes from November 1 meeting (Motion Passes 3-0-0)
- Laura Galliher Motions to approve, Robert Cimini Seconds
- Approve/Deny MV Commitment 22-05 (Motion Passes 3-0-0)
- Laura Galliher Motions to approve the commitment in the amount of $12567.72, Robert Cimini Seconds
- Approve/Deny Statutory Exemptions as presented (Motion Passes 3-0-0)
- Robert Cimini Motions to approve as presented, Laura Galliher Seconds
- Assessor Update
- Discuss CAMA comparison and Vision updates/fixes
- Priority for standardization of record cards set, Alliey will be working through this as a side project to have all names and addresses entered in the same format before tax rate is set next year
- Discussion about Real Estate/ Personal Property Abatement Process
- Discussion regarding resolution of problems with PILOT (Plan talk with legal? Prepare letter to PILOT folks?) and Personal Property bills
- Chris following up with VISION regarding Personal Property bills, strategy for second set of bills discussed
- Robert Cimini motions to send the PILOT letter, Laura Galliher
- Set date for Real Estate Personal Property Abatements (i.e., Executive Session concerning matters of tax rebates and abatements)
