Present: Vivian Mason, Robert Cimini, Laura Galliher
Opened meeting at 6pm.
Assessors met to familiarize themselves with office files, structure, etc. Discussed establishing protocols for handling inquiries. Discussed where records are kept and what information they contain, etc. Discussed how best to serve residents’ needs and best staffing for office. Discussed how to help RRG staff do its best job.
