Review and Approve Minutes from November 09, 2021

Approve/deny Motor Vehicle Abatements as Presented
Choosing to wait until the next meeting, only received two and getting SoftRight installed on Thursday
Real Estate/ Personal Property Abatements
Recommendations should be presented next month, Harald and Chris meeting soon

Assessors Update
Alliey moving into main administrative role here, she can be contacted via apevay@rrgsystems.com
Chris looking to do monthly or quarterly meetings inter-departmentally to improve communications between assessors, collectors, and accounting
Boris leaving for a new position in 2 weeks, Jennifer, Clarissa, and Tom Spiro splitting his responsibilities
Discussion of inter-office departmental communications
Exemptions running late caused some inter-departmental snags in communications, Chris is working to smooth those over
