The Planning Board operates under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A and Chapter 41. The purpose of the Planning Board is to guide the development of the town in the best interests of all its residents. The Board has very specific responsibilities and authorities as granted by Massachusetts General Laws and the Zoning Bylaws of the Town of Hinsdale. Dealing with Zoning Bylaw changes, Subdivision Responsibilities, Site/Design Review, and project planning assistance are all important duties of the Planning Board.
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Hinsdale Planning Board will conduct a virtual public hearing pursuant to MGL 40A, Section 5, on Thursday, January 14, 2021, at 6:30 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to review/consider a special permit application from FFD Enterprises, Inc. (f/k/a Ipswich Pharmaceuticals, Assoc.) of Hartford, CT, to develop an outdoor marijuana cultivation/processing facility at Bullards Crossing Rd.
