Yoga Class

Council on Aging Yoga Classes are available at the Community Center on Maple Street. The fee per class is $3.

We are asking all who wish to participate to adhere to the following guidelines to keep everyone as safe as possible and to create an environment that feels comfortable.

• All participants should be masked entering/leaving the building, the room upstairs, and during the class.
• All participants should maintain a distance of 6 feet or more apart.
•  It is highly recommended that participants have received a Covid vaccination, or at least the first dose of a two-dose vaccine.

There will be handi-wipes and hand sanitizer for your use.

Please bring your own mats and pillow/blanket/straps to meet your needs. There will be blocks available which are sanitized before and after use.

If you are new to Hinsdale Yoga, you must complete a Waiver/Release form before class.
